CANADIAN
I want to make a quick note that there are MANY issues with a very high probability of being printed in Canada as well as the USA. I have mentioned some below that are marked as "Unconfirmed". I have only included these issues because there has been indications that they probably exist, yet I have yet to see them. For example, there is only one confirmed issue of Thrilling Adventures to be printed in Canada, yet it is very unlikely that this issue would have had a Canadian printing yet the other Thrilling Adventures issues would not have. For that matter, it is safe to assume that there are Canadian printings of Thrilling Detective from this same time period since they are from the same publisher.
